    Description

    Marathon TS is currently seeking Desktop / Imaging Support Technicians to join their team for a surge requirement supporting the Federal Customer (the FCC) in Washington DC.

    All candidates must have the following background:
    • Assist in maintaining a robust, secure, and efficient IT Infrastructure for the FCC
    Responsibilities:
    • Provide on-site and remote support for all FCC facilities and field offices
    • Track all work in the FCC IT Service Management system
    • Manage loaner program, inventory thresholds, IT vendor services
    • Conduct monthly service ticket reviews
    • Coordinate requests and support demonstrations in the FCC Technology Center
    • Offer support for major applications and software
    • Troubleshoot physical workstation, laptop, tablet, VDI issues
    • Perform asset inventory assessments
    • Support Tier 1 team during high call volumes
    • Provide Program Support across various areas
    • Offer COOP and disaster recovery support
    • Provide Enterprise Mobility support
    Requirements:
    • Must be able to clear Public Trust
    • A+ Certification
    • Proficient in addressing Tier 2 tickets
    • Strong analytical skills
    Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
    Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
