    Do you have a passion for energy technology and a knack for using software to solve problems?

    We're looking for a talented IT Applications Specialist to join our team in Shelton, CT. You'll become the internal expert for our core business application, ensuring its smooth operation, security, and ongoing optimization. But that's not all You'll also be a key partner to the business, leveraging your expertise to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that drive real value.

    What You'll Do:

    • Business Application Master: Become the internal go-to expert for our core business application. You'll ensure its smooth operation, security, and ongoing maintenance.
    • Process Optimization Guru: Identify opportunities to leverage the application to streamline processes and solve business challenges.
    • Solution Architect: Design and implement customized solutions within the application to deliver tangible value across the organization.
    • Project Management Ace: Plan, execute, and manage application-related projects, ensuring they stay on track and within budget.
    • Collaborative Spirit: Work seamlessly with internal teams, vendors, and consultants to achieve project goals.
    • Integration Expert: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application integrations with other systems.
    • Data Wizard: Fulfill ad-hoc reporting needs and empower users to interpret data effectively.
    • Knowledge Champion: Create and maintain clear user documentation and technical standards.
    • Help Desk Hero: Provide support to application users through the help desk.

    Who We're Looking For:

    • Someone who takes initiative, not looking to be micromanaged, a real problem solver.
    • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with our core business application (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
    • Strong understanding of core application functionality, configuration, and customization.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
