Description

We are looking for a structured Sales Support Specialist in full-time employment for a long-term position. This is a successful and regionally established industrial company based in 28215 Bremen, which offers its employees the opportunity to contribute and drive their own ideas forward.

Your responsibilities include:

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for advising and supporting existing and new customers
You will act as the interface to the field sales team, ensuring a smooth workflow
You will also handle customer inquiries, enter them into the system, and send out quotes
You will provide guidance to customers and ensure a smooth processing of orders

Requirements:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant or industrial clerk, and have experience in sales
You are proficient in using common MS Office applications and have knowledge of SAP
You are comfortable communicating in English and impress with your customer- and solution-oriented approach as a Sales Support Specialist
You see yourself as a team player who supports their colleagues with a proactive and flexible working style
