Your role in our future

Provide mid to advanced technical support via various communication channels to customers, Field Service, Sales, and Marketing.
Maintain high customer care standards, fostering a cooperative and friendly attitude.
Assist in creating technical documents and collaborate effectively within a teamdriven environment.
Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, offering inventive solutions in dynamic situations.
Handle technical escalations, provide training, and contribute to knowledge base development.

Your profile

Associates Degree in Computer Information/Electronic Technologies or five years of professional experience.
Professional phone demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
Strong electro/mechanical skills, A+ Certified and/or Network+ desired.
Demonstrated success in goalsetting and working with people.
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced call center environment, with intermediate to advanced computer skills.
Preferred background in call center or customer service, fluent in English and French is advantageous, and proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems and other relevant systems.

This position has a salary range of:
$41, $62,900.00
