We are looking for a creative, reliable, hardworking Customer Care and Support Specialist who thinks outside the box. We need individuals experienced in problem-solving who can effectively collaborate with both customers and internal teams at Budderfly.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between management and clients
  • Show dedication to enhancing customer service and business efficiency
  • Proactively manage customer relations including billing, IoT, monitoring, and outreach

Desired Characteristics:

  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as autonomously
  • Resourceful problem-solver with strong multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as needed
  • Enthusiasm for energy conservation

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service over the phone
  • Proficiency in resolving billing and customer care issues
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Available Monday to Friday from 11:30 AM/ET to 08:30 PM/ET, with occasional weekend shifts
  • Immediate availability
Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
