    Description

    Business Development Representative

    It is an exciting time to be joining the BlueWave Sales team. We are looking to bring on a dedicated business development representative to help us drum up new business with partners (installers) and end users. You will learn how a technology company works, the ins and outs of a dynamic sales team, and what it takes to close deals. We need hungry and problem solving individuals who are looking to be part of a team.

    As business development representative you will be responsible for (1) generating new End Users leads through cold outreach and (2) connecting with new partners (resellers) to bring into our partner network.

    • We pursue End User all across the country. We work with several large national accounts that all started with a small footprint. You will be tasked with starting the conversion with these companies and defining their BANT.
    • Our partner network is a huge area of growth in the next 9 months. We are looking to grow our reseller footprint significantly over the next year. You will be critical to starting these conversations.

    Daily Responsibilities:

    • Generate leads through our sophisticated tools including hubspot, zoominfo, uplead, LinkedIn and some cold calling
    • Work with your account manager to run discovery calls and sift through BANT
    • Bring on new partners to our partner network.
    • Collaborate with sales team members and team leads to define the right messaging based on the most current sales campaigns.
    • Follow up on active quotes, deals in pipeline and finished installs to make sure customers and installers are satisfied

    Here at Bluewave, there are times we wear many hats - somedays you may be asked to help with operational activity such as inventory counting and shipping. You will get exposure to all parts of the business.
