    Job Description

    Job Description

At Two Chairs, we're building a world where everyone has access to exceptional mental health care. We've brought together a remarkable team at the intersection of clinical care, design, and technology to change the way people find therapists who can help them. We're united by our personal experiences with the mental health care system and a desire to build a better one for everyone. With that, we're excited and honored to have been recognized as a 2024 Great Place to Work and one of the 2023 Bay Area Best Places to Work.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion are the principles guiding how we build our business and teams. We encourage interested candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply even if they don't think they meet every expectation of the role.

    Perks & Benefits

To support you at work, we offer some fantastic perks and benefits that reflect our mission of self-care and support, including:

    • Equity in a high-growth start-up
    • PTO program, including a Winter Office Closing: Christmas Day (Observed) through New Year's Day
    • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage

    • Annual $500 professional development stipend to support your professional development
    • Annual $500 subsidized company contribution to your healthcare FSA
    • Annual $500 wellness stipend to encourage and support a well-rounded and healthy lifestyle
    • Paid parental leave

    About the role

As the Director of Marketing for our Health Plans segment, you will be a key member of a small but quickly growing marketing organization and will help determine the way we go to market with health plans, payers, and their related organizations. Part Product Marketer, part Field/ABM marketer, you'll be setting up Two Chairs for success with our payer prospects and customers.

You will be responsible for being a conduit between the sales, marketing, customer success and product organizations, working with other marketing stakeholders to build B2B go-to-market plans, developing and delivering product demos, leading the development of our sales enablement tools, driving our presence at owned and industry events and more.

As a seasoned marketer, you'll help us strategize on reaching enterprise-sized health plans, which require a multi-threaded approach. You'll exhibit creativity in delivering initiatives and experiences that attract and delight prospects—as well as those that help us get noticed by existing customers. And you'll work deeply with our business development team, and our Chief Commercial Officer to extend and deepen our prospect conversations daily, understanding personas, developing pitches, and building programs and materials that move the needle. You will initially report to the SVP of Marketing. Ultimately the B2B Marketing team will grow, and we anticipate that you will evolve along with it; we envision you becoming more specialized and more focused as Two Chairs expands.
