- Partner with the Kraft Heinz field sales team s responsible for the frozen categories across all retail channels. In addition to building a partnership with the Kraft Heinz n atural channel team /broker to drive the development of the joint venture in the natural channel.
- Represent the needs of the field sales team when working cross-functionally in the JV and the respective b usiness u nits .
- Able to translate the operating model to an action able plan with in the frozen category and natural channel.
- Deliver critical category information vital to flawless execution of category priorities (e.g., SKU rankings, new item information, competitive information, consumer and shopper insights etc.)
- Track sales execution versus the annual operating plan , proactively identify risks and work cross functionally to develop actionable solutions to ensure plan delivery .
- Understand, identify , and apply category analytics to deliver key insights and business recommendations on merchandising, assortment, pricing, and promotion on a national and localized level .
- Use insight resources from multiple data sources to enhance the impact of category leadership with customers .
- Proven professional sales or category management experience ; preferably within the natural channel .
- Excellent analytic al / problem-solving capability with solid understanding of syndicated and panel data.
- Ability to lead cross functional teams, multi-task various projects , and deliver within agreed upon time frames.
- Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills with an expertise in organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel & Power Point required.

The Team Lead of the Kraft Heinz NotCo f rozen category and n atural c hannel will be the point of contact on unlocking t he full potential of the frozen portfolio, in addition to developing the join venture 's natural channel penetration . This individual will own the in-market execution of product portfolio , and working cross-functionally to establis h the go-to-market strategies to ensure long term and sustainable development . As the frozen portfolio & natural channel sales expert this individual will be the point-of-contact in regards to planning and execution in the field , performance of the plan and identifying key gap solves to deliver the annual operating plan.

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness. We also believe providing a more flexible and agile model is essential in today's workplace. A majority of our office-based employees will be able to work remotely for up to two days each week. Additionally, employees who are subject to this hybrid model will be eligible to work from anywhere for up to six weeks in a rolling 12-month period (in maximum two-week increments and according to benefits and tax guidelines). Some jobs may be required to be performed fully in office depending on the role's responsibilities and requirements.
Base Salary Range: $133, $166,700.00
