    Position Details:
    Job Title: Coordinator, Facilities & Admin Services
    Shift: 9:30 am-6:30 pm EST. Fully onsite
    Location: 1755 Broadway, New York, NY 10019
    Pay Rate: $28.85/hr on W2
    Contract Length: 5 months.
    *Contract Extension or Conversion to FTE based on Performance, Attendance and Business Need*

    Duties:

    • Receive and transfer phone calls.
    • Update and manage calendars.
    • Process invoices.
    • Maintain vendor relationships.
    • Order and set up catering.
    • Order office supplies and materials.
    • Handle conference room requests.
    • Handle access & ID badges for employees.
    • Point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
    • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
    • Keep up with office supply inventory.
    • Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports.
    • Take minutes during meetings.
    • Organize and maintain the office filing system.
    Skills:
    • Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees of the company at all levels including Senior Management.
    • Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with external partners.
    • Strong administrative, organizational, and creative skills.
    • Strong computer skills are a plus - understanding of Microsoft Office is essential.
    • Ability to work under high pressure and speed.
    • Great social and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to keep information highly confidential.
    • Must be flexible and able to multi-task, Ability to analyze and evaluate situations and outcomes.
    Education:
    Associate's degree, 0 - 3 years
