    Description

    Key Role:

    Are you looking for an opportunity to establish processes and support technology innovation? You know that true progress is made at the intersection of business and tech, and as a Functional Analyst, you'll develop your skills in both.

    Here, you'll have the chance to work with an Agile team as they develop digital products to support your clients' most pressing missions.

    We're looking for someone like you to help propel business analytics and processes forward, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences.

    A Functional Analyst must have experience working with customers, users and project leads in analyzing, designing, implementing and supporting IT business applications and systems.

    A functional analyst has experience in having primary responsibility for individual projects and systems. Must have experience in testing functionality and matching to requirements.


    Basic Qualifications:

    5+ years' experience as a Functional Analyst analyzing, designing, implementing and supporting IT business applications and systems Experience with the analysis of business, functional and technical, activities Experience working in an agile environment ​​​​ Experience working with ServiceNow Knowledge of software requirements and testing tools Knowledge of business process engineering, requirement engineering, and testing practices.

    Possess the ability to create/analyze requirements accountability records. Ability to verify that software and its documentation is compliant with applicable requirements functionally.

    The candidate must be able to work in a team environment and be proficient in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel.

    Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Strong attention to detail Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline is required.
