    Department: Elite Branding

    Employment Type: Full Time

    Location: Philadelphia, PA

    Compensation: $52,000 - $61,000 / year

    Description

    About the Role:

As an Events Assistant, you'll play a key role in assisting with the planning and execution of events to promote our brand and engage our audience. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our events.

    Key Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:
    • Assist in planning and organizing various events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and promotional events.
    • Coordinate logistical details such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual equipment.
    • Work closely with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events.
    • Provide on-site support during events, including set-up, registration, and attendee assistance.
    • Assist in post-event evaluation and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future events.
    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, communications, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred but not required.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and event management software is a plus.
