Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a Service Director to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.
The Work:
Manage assigned residential programs, including all aspects of program operations so that financial, personnel and program goals are achieved
Monitor quality of services for all assigned programs, ensuring that all assigned programs comply with all applicable policies, procedures and regulations in compliance with licensing requirements
Assist in the development and implementation of agency goals and objectives
Follow through with all job duties consistent with the agency mission, vision, values, and strategic plan

$55,000

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and five years of progressive experience in Intellectual disabilities or related field
Five years of supervisory experience
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with people at various levels of the organization
Excellent time management skills and ability to respond effectively in high stress/critical situations
Intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn utilize web based systems
Valid driver's license and daily access to a properly insured vehicle
Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including criminal record check and MVR
