The Guest Services Director ensures that our patients/residents have a positive experience, receiving the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere that recognizes the individuals' needs and rights.

Position Highlights

  • Responsible for the patient/resident satisfaction scores and response rates that result from the customer satisfaction survey within the nursing center
  • Collect data and report it to the Quality Improvement Committee on patient/resident satisfaction and customer service activity within the nursing center.
  • Resolve patient/residents' concerns working with nursing center staff.
  • Train all new and existing staff in the Genesis approach to customer service and the benefits and value of involvement in Guest Services.
  • Manage the patient/customer discharge followup process.
  • Ensure successful transition of new patients/residents into nursing center within 48 hours of admission.
  • Confirm that all required patient/customer recreation documentation (Assessments, MDS, Care Plan, Progress Notes, etc.) is completed and up to date.
  • Establish and maintain an effective volunteer program through recruiting, screening, orienting, training, supervising, evaluating, and recognizing volunteers.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred. Two (2) years full-time experience in customer service/hospitality is preferred.


Compensation:
$60,000 annual salary
