- 60% travel to local/regional offices across the US, eventually scaling back to 25% as teams are established.
- Work with the management, finance, operations and internal teams to develop and implement a compliant and effective contracts policy. This will include work with AP procedures, internal ERP systems and controls, administration of policies and timely/accurate billing of customers
- You will evaluate and recommend improvements for existing systems in place.
- Create KPIs for your contract management team
- Understand compliance and controls of internal processes, ensuring contracts follow these guidelines
- 10+ years of contracts management/billing experience
- Supervisory and team management experience
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP platforms
- A great handle on negotiation skills, contracts structuring and billing procedures.

Contracts Administration Director - Equipment Rental

Our client is a rapidly growing HVAC equipment rental and installation group with ffices spread across the USA. They need an experienced Contracts Administration Director to both oversee and implement efficient and effective contract processes at their regional offices. You will hire and oversee contract administrators, coaching and mentoring them and providing guidance to site managers.
