As the Director of Hospice services, this leader will lead a team of Interdisciplinary professionals in our community-based hospice program and in the inpatient hospice setting.

Our teams consider hospice care to be a calling serving patients in the Franciscan tradition.


WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • As the Hospice Director of Clinical Services (DCS), you will assume overall responsibilities for the daytoday functioning of one Hospice House and three communitybased hospice programs that collaborate and integrate with palliative care in three locations in Indiana.
  • You will be the administrative and clinical leader for the interdisciplinary teams consisting of Nurses, hospice aides, social workers, chaplains, bereavement coordinators, physicians and advanced practice providers and others who support with other services for patients, families, and coworkers.
  • You will be a visible and engaging leader who will inspire the team to make patient and family experience THE priority always.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's Degree in Healthcare. Business, or Business Related
  • Required
years Recent experience as a Director for an accredited hospice program in the US.
  • Required
- OR
years progressive management experience for an accredited hospice program in the US
  • Required
  • If clinical degree then valid licensure is
  • Required

TRAVEL IS REQUIRED:

Up to 20%
