- Provides support for the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing, reviewing resumes, and scheduling phone screens during high requisition workload
- Perform industry and market research to maintain database of sourcing resources, such as, competitors list, industry keywords, partners (universities / organizations / military), etc.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team and Marketing team with employer branding initiatives, such as, employee testimonials, company reviews, holiday social media posts, career fair advertising, etc.
- Complete candidate reference checks when needed
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) support in both Ceridian Dayforce and Tracker RMS carrying data back and forth when needed and keeping data current
- Assist with Job Fairs, including research, interacting with Job Fair POC, and coordinating materials
- Responsible for our Company Starter Kit (New Hire bags for orientation) inventory
- When requested, administer, and gather assessment results from external and internal candidates including 16PF assessments, DiSC assessments, Microsoft Office assessments, etc.
- Arrange and coordinate internal and external candidate scheduling and travel when necessary, including hotel stays, flight bookings, meal cards, etc.
- Monitor Employee Referrals, coordinate Employee Referral Program and payouts with Payroll
- Responsible for temporary openings, including coordinating with Staffing Agencies and confirming details with hiring managers
- Assist with maintaining company Job Descriptions within database
- Monitor the -electric email account and forward to appropriate personnel
- When necessary, travel to jobsites to communicate/advertise with field personnel about opportunities within Baker Electric offices
- Assist with field labor recruiting by visiting job sites and promoting Baker Electric
- Assist with compiling Affirmative Action Plan by gathering necessary applicant statistics
- Perform administrative duties when needed to keep data/files up to date and organized
- 1-2 years of recruiting, HR, customer service, administration, or sales experience preferred (internships included)
- Experience sourcing within the following recruitment platforms preferred: LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Excitement for recruiting and human resources
- Passion for working with people and helping others
- Excellent written and verbal communication (comfortable on the phone)
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new software and work within multiple systems at a time
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) a plus
- Proven ability to hold confidential information
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Certification in Human Resources, Staffing, Interviewing, or Training a plus

SUMMARY: As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting the company's Talent Acquisition functions. Your responsibilities will encompass assisting in the development and implementation of engagement, pre-screening, and sourcing geared towards attracting and retaining top-tier talent. This role provides exposure to diverse areas within the organization, with a strong emphasis on project support and employee engagement.

The starting salary for th is opportunity range is listed. Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. Baker provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, Employee-Owned Program (ESOP), paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
