What you'll do:

The day-to-day:

  • Maintain consistent attention to detail driving administrative tasks to completion with both speed and accuracy update Applicant Tracking System, spreadsheets, expense reimbursements, and ensure processdriven workflow.
  • Support recruiters with resume review for appropriate credentials, skills, and experience in relation to position requirements
  • Support Talent Acquisition initiatives and identify recommendations to continuously improve the recruitment processes and the tools used to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities to help out in any other areas as needed.

What you'll need:

  • 2+ years of human resources, administrative or related experience
  • Experience in scheduling complex interviews
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, keep each other up to date and provide coverage as needed
  • Strong timemanagement, detail orientation, and prioritization skills to multitask competing requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Very flexible, highly organized, and able to work in a fastpaced environment with exceptional followthrough and attention to detail.
  • Validated customer service skills including the ability to connect with customers internally and externally
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook as well as have a solid foundation with the Internet
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

What will help you on the job:

  • Recruiting or Human Resources experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Communication, Psychology or relevant field
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
