    What You'll Do


    Are you passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities? Because we're looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruiting Coordinator to facilitate a smooth, delightful candidate experience.


    You'll be the cornerstone of our recruitment efforts, facilitating seamless communication between candidates and hiring teams, scheduling interviews, drafting offers, and managing our talent tools.

    Location:

    Hybrid, working onsite at our San Diego office 3 days per week with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time.

    Partner with our recruiting team and hiring managers, scheduling interviews with candidates (e.g., phone, Zoom, onsite across US offices).


    Connect with candidates, building a relationship as their primary point of contact—quickly responding to communications and greeting them in person for onsite interviews.

    Manage talent tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Findem) to ensure up-to-date candidate info and the right stakeholders have the right access.

    Evaluate our processes, seeking opportunities to enhance overall efficiency and the experiences of our candidates and internal customers.

    Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

    What You Bring

    Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years of experience or Associate's Degree with 5+ years of experience preferred. Equivalent experience accepted.

    Background in coordination, executive administration, or project management, ideally in recruiting.

    Proven ability to successfully balance competing priorities.

    Demonstrated flexibility, resourcefully finding solutions to items big and small.
