    SUMMARY:
    As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting the company's Talent Acquisition functions.

    Your responsibilities will encompass assisting in the development and implementation of engagement, pre-screening, and sourcing geared towards attracting and retaining top-tier talent.

    This role provides exposure to diverse areas within the organization, with a strong emphasis on project support and employee engagement.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


    Provides support for the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing, reviewing resumes, and scheduling phone screens during high requisition workloadPerform industry and market research to maintain database of sourcing resources, such as, competitors list, industry keywords, partners (universities / organizations / military), etc.

    Support the Talent Acquisition team and Marketing team with employer branding initiatives, such as, employee testimonials, company reviews, holiday social media posts, career fair advertising, etc.

    Complete candidate reference checks when neededApplicant Tracking System (ATS) support in both Ceridian Dayforce and Tracker RMS carrying data back and forth when needed and keeping data currentAssist with Job Fairs, including research, interacting with Job Fair POC, and coordinating materialsResponsible for our Company Starter Kit (New Hire bags for orientation) inventoryWhen requested, administer, and gather assessment results from external and internal candidates including 16PF assessments, DiSC assessments, Microsoft Office assessments, etc.

    Arrange and coordinate internal and external candidate scheduling and travel when necessary, including hotel stays, flight bookings, meal cards, etc.

    Monitor Employee Referrals, coordinate Employee Referral Program and payouts with PayrollResponsible for temporary openings, including coordinating with Staffing Agencies and confirming details with hiring managersAssist with maintaining company Job Descriptions within databaseMonitor the -electric email account and forward to appropriate personnelWhen necessary, travel to jobsites to communicate/advertise with field personnel about opportunities within Baker Electric officesAssist with field labor recruiting by visiting job sites and promoting Baker ElectricAssist with compiling Affirmative Action Plan by gathering necessary applicant statisticsPerform administrative duties when needed to keep data/files up to date and organizedEXPERIENCE,


    EDUCATION:
    1-2 years of recruiting, HR, customer service, administration, or sales experience preferred (internships included)

    Experience sourcing within the following recruitment platforms preferred:
    LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
    Excitement for recruiting and human resourcesPassion for working with people and helping othersExcellent written and verbal communication (comfortable on the phone)Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new software and work within multiple systems at a timeProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) a plusProven ability to hold confidential informationAbility to build and maintain strong customer relationshipsCertification in Human Resources, Staffing, Interviewing, or Training a plus


    PAY TRANSPARENCY:
    The starting salary for th is opportunity range is listed.

    Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
