- Greet and welcome clients and guests to the firm
- Answer all incoming calls either helping the client or taking detailed messages
- Open mail, packages, etc.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
- Maintain notes from client conversations. Scan notes from client meetings
- Generate reports and prep for Advisor meetings
- Assist clients with issues and concerns
- Client confidentiality
- Receptionist, administrative assistant experience (3yrs minimum)
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional office etiquette

- 18 years or older
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
