    IMZ Financial is a boutique financial services consulting firm that provides an array of services, ranging from investments to insurance, and retirement planning. We have a collaborative culture with a family like atmosphere, while maintaining a professional environment. Our office is located in East Boca Raton, FL.

    Job Description:

    Our firm is looking for a strong Administrative Assistant, that is hardworking, team player, ethical, and has a high attention to detail. Must be able to establish and maintain solid working relationships with clients and colleagues and can work on multiple projects simultaneously.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome clients and guests to the firm
    • Answer all incoming calls either helping the client or taking detailed messages
    • Open mail, packages, etc.
    • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
    • Keep updated records and files
    • Maintain notes from client conversations. Scan notes from client meetings
    • Generate reports and prep for Advisor meetings
    • Assist clients with issues and concerns
    • Client confidentiality

    Requirements:

    • Receptionist, administrative assistant experience (3yrs minimum)
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Professional office etiquette
    • A pleasant attitude
    • Professional attire
    • 18 years or older
    • Proficient in English (oral and written)
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
    • Strong communication and people skills
    • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
    • Customer service orientation

    Salary Base:

    $42,000 - $47,000
