- Support the daily administrative operations of the law office and assist various team members with legal document preparation.
- Maintain and organize files, draft messages, schedule appointments, and support other staff members with organizational tasks.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage office supplies and order replacements as necessary.
- Field and direct phone calls, relay messages, and provide information to clients as required.
- Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and provide timely reminders.
- Accept payments from clients, process transactions, and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Assist with various ad hoc projects as needed, contributing to team efforts and supporting the firm's objectives.
- Proficient in MS Office, with a strong ability to manage documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and efficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
