Our founder and Scientific Director states:
"According to the Environmental Protection Agency, indoor air quality is a greater health hazard than outdoor air pollution, with pollutants being up to 2-5 times higher indoors." Our expert consultants test spaces for mold, asbestos, water intrusion, allergens, lead, bacteria, chemicals, and volatile organic compounds. These tests are verified by laboratory analysis. Our scientific personnel have backgrounds in microbiology, industrial hygiene, bacteriology, mycology, aerobiology, microscopy, environmental science, and toxicology. With our expertise and nationwide coverage, AirMD's team of professionals assists our customers' needs throughout the United States. We provide training and can offer continuous technical training in the form of certification courses and learning documents. We have an opening for an administrative position.


Role Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

Partners with internal team members to gather information, offer suggestions and share customer insights.

Secure payment information and obtain necessary signatures through electronic documents.

Enter project details accurately into the scheduling system and confirm payment processing for credit card transactions.

Collaborate with internal teams to refine service offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsible for overseeing full-cycle project coordination, ensuring seamless communication between the customer and internal teams throughout the project.


Must-Have Skills:

Proficient in telephone etiquette

Experience with software and understanding of product specifications.

Strong capability in using computers and software, including MS Office suite, for various administrative tasks.

Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to simultaneously manage phone calls and data entry.

Exceptional organizational and attention to detail skills.

Proactive, with a self-starting approach to work.


Willingness to seek and receive training to become an advisor to internal team members on projects and progress within the company.


Experience and Qualifications:

Previous work experience preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.


Proven problem-solving skills with a creative approach to finding practical, effective solutions and contacting a manager or other team members for assistance.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Professional demeanor, capable of engaging with various internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to thrive and prioritize in fast-paced situations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the capacity to learn new software quickly.

Typing speed minimum of 40 wpm.


This position offers paid holidays including: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Thursday and Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day.

These are additional to paid time off.


Pay:
$40, $45,000.00 per year
