- Daily tracking of Estate Planning Execution and Amendments Signings for the current and following day.
- Preparation of Estate Planning books, meticulously ensuring accuracy before and after signings.
- Printing attorney calendars and assembling client files, distributing them to respective attorneys for next-day meetings.
- Assembly of First Consultation and Review Trust folders with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintaining an accurate weekly Profile list to streamline operations.
- Promptly pulling client files upon request and efficiently scanning and emailing documents to the Senior EP Paralegal.
- Filing all documents and loose papers systematically, maintaining an organized filing system.
- Responsibly closing out files upon client request, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
- Providing backup assistance to the Receptionist during lunches, breaks, or vacations when the office assistant is unavailable.
- Notarizing client documents as required, adhering to legal procedures and protocols.
- Assigning new client numbers for Word Processing and Estate Administration, ensuring seamless integration into our systems.
- Updating client information promptly and accurately as needed.
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization of both file rooms, promoting an efficient work environment.
- Submitting deeds via mail as requested, demonstrating efficiency and attention to deadlines.
- Performing any other duties as assigned with dedication and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in reading and comprehension.
- Advanced computer literacy, including familiarity with standard office software.
