- Grow the number of customers acquired in NYC while ensuring we are attracting the right customers at the right cost through a mixture of hands on channel management and support your team members to successfully optimise their respective channels
- Manage and improve experimentation process to develop new channels
- Analyse Data and Metrics: Utilise data-driven insights to evaluate campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimise marketing efforts to achieve desired results.
- Budget Management: Responsible for managing and allocating the marketing budget efficiently across different acquisition channels to drive cost-effective and high-impact campaigns.
- Additionally, have the opportunity to expand the team further by hiring more talented marketing professionals to support the company's growth.

- Expertise in various acquisition channels: Demonstrated experience in successfully managing at least one of Paid Social, Partnerships, PR or Offline Marketing Campaigns.
- A learner. Humble enough to understand you don't know everything but hungry enough to find the answers
- Proven track record: Previous experience in an acquisition focussed marketing role with a focus on customer acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, digital-driven B2C environment. Must have been in a business with less than $20m in sales
- Leadership and communication skills: Ability to lead a team, collaborate with other departments, and effectively communicate ideas and strategies.
- Data-driven mindset: Strong analytical skills, capable of translating data into actionable insights to optimise marketing strategies.
- Person centred mindset: Deep human understanding of our customers
- Scale-up literate. Concepts such as CAC, LTV, Cohorts, Pay back periods should be second nature. Experienced and comfortable with modern SaaS tools across A/B testing, marketing automation, analytics and CRM .

Role: NYC Growth Manager
Responsible for optimisation of our existing customer acquisition channels as well testing and developing new channels in NYC. The City Growth Manager will oversee some channels directly as well as overseeing any external agencies.
