    Who We Are:

    We are a provider of virtual behavioral therapy for the millions of youth in need of care. Our platform matches families with pediatric/youth therapists to provide care for children, teens and young adults with a range of conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, as well as other personal challenges and experiences.

    We are an early-stage company backed by leading venture firms with a vision of providing more effective and more accessible care for every child, teen and young adult in need. Our network of specialist providers help children, teens and young adults learn new behaviors and healthy coping strategies to reach life-changing milestones faster and build life-long skills and resilience for a brighter future.

    We launched in fall of 2023, have product-market fit, and are quickly scaling revenue.

    The Role:

    We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial candidate to join our rapidly growing business. This hire will be an early member of an ambitious, collaborative team and will have a critical role in driving growth for the company.

    What You'll Do:

    • Drive business growth through B2B, B2B2C and partnership channels, including school districts, health systems, payors and providers
    • Develop and execute on new growth initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams including leadership, clinical, and marketing
    • Learn and iterate to prioritize the most compelling opportunities for sustainable, long-term expansion
    • Develop market expertise and help inform strategic decisions to better fulfill the needs of channel partners

    Who You Are:

    • Fast learner with an insatiable curiosity and a results-oriented mindset
    • Experience in growth, sales, business development, or consulting. Early-stage and/or healthcare experience is a plus
    • Humble, collaborative and hungry with a passion for expanding access to care
    • Energized by working with external stakeholders to drive growth
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and influence external stakeholders at all levels
    • Proven track record of success in initiatives they have led, preferably in early-stage startups or high-growth environments
