    Join us at Nightingale Veterinary Partners as the Manager of Clinical Growth and Development, a key role on our operations team.

    We are seeking a dedicated individual with proven leadership and training skills who has a deep understanding of clinical operations in the veterinary field.

    The primary responsibility of this role is to develop, train, and lead clinical improvement initiatives that foster the growth and development of our clinical teams.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and oversee clinical team onboarding programs and training initiatives, including the clinical team job tier program
    Develop programs to cultivate and foster the growth of emerging leaders into effective hospital leaders (both clinically and managerially)
    Deliver structured, in-hospital training for all clinical team members, including team meetings, one-on-one coaching, and skill development sessions
    Enhance and maintain the Penn Foster Veterinary Technician Program, providing support to our enrolled team members
    Develop partnerships with local veterinary technician programs, creating internships and externship programs
    Collaborate with the recruitment team to serve as the technician liaison when recruiting certain clinical roles
    Promote and support hospital programs, including OSHA and DEA compliance, collaborating with hospital leadership and the operations team

    Requirements:
    Comfortable working with all types of animals
    Ability to lift 40lbs
    Able to stand for extended periods of time


    Requirements:
    Passion for veterinary medicine and clinical operations, and a love for animals
    Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Licensed Veterinary Technician and veterinary hospital leadership experience required
    Experience training and coaching clinical team members
    Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
    Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution and change management skills
    Comfortable working in both general practice and specialty medicine settings
    Capable of weekly travel within New Jersey and New York, with occasional trips to Philadelphia and Massachusetts. Access to personal transportation is essential.
    Licensed Veterinary Technician (or ability to become licensed) in New York, with the ability to acquire additional state licensure if needed
    Must possess a valid National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America (NAVTA) certification
