The Uber One Membership team strives to make interacting with your city, and using all of Uber's services, as convenient and captivating as possible.

We've built Uber One members to 19.5M+ and counting, but have still only scratched the surface of what a global Membership program could do for Uber.

As the PM for Uber One Growth, you'll play a pivotal role in driving us to 10x the number of members we have today.

You will be responsible for driving sustainable growth for Uber One by offering the right incentive to the right user, to get them to try and stay on Membership as well as crafting the most compelling user experience.

This role is a phenomenal fit for a hungry PM, keen to drive impact who is excited to build incentive efficiencies by bringing to bear intelligent targeting and effective UX design


What You'll Do:


  • You'll launch growthdriving features across the UberEats app, Uber Rides app, and outofapp communication channels.
  • You will define, own, and execute the growth product roadmap, working closely with crossfunctional counterparts (Engineering, Data Science, Design, Operations, and more).

Basic Qualifications:
Product Experience: Minimum 4+ years of Product Management experience delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them
- and you're deeply proud of what you've accomplished

  • Track record: You've meaningfully grown a product in a thoughtful, strategic way
  • Bias for action: You enjoy a fastpace environment and solving problems quickly
  • Customer obsessed: You take a customerfirst lens to your work, keeping the needs of various segments of customers in mind
  • Structured thinking/decisionmaking skills: You tackle sophisticated product challenges and simplify them
  • Datainformed and datasavvy: You find a way to get the data you need and whip it into an informative story with no help. You know how to use this data to make decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis.

Preferred qualifications:


  • Experience working on Growthrelated initiatives
  • Experience working with targeting models
  • Experience building a Subscriptions product or similar (ex. consumer product experience passionate about optimizing various parts of the funnel (growth, retention) or on loyalty products building benefits)
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including operations teams
  • Experience with marketplace products Fullstack product delivery that includes UX and backend systems
