Description
Job PurposeTo build and maintain relationships that result in increased company sales. Key Target verticals include Property and Facility Management for multi-family, Assisted Living, Educational Institutions and Complementary Businesses
Key Skills Include:

Duties and Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with current and potential clients that result in increased company sales
Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business interactions
Utilize CRM software to manage new and existing clients and accounts
Collaborate and partner with the franchisor specific to Commercial Sales
Attend business functions that will lead to increased company sales
Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested
Qualifications
Two or more years sales experience
Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience ideal
Personal Characteristics
Professional demeanor with a go-getter attitude
Personable, presentable, articulate
Open, cooperative, enthusiastic
Self-directed with exceptional initiative

$55,000-65,000 Base salary plus commission

Compensation:
$55, $65,000.00 per year
