- Identify and create net new business pipeline
- Create valuebased presentations to promote solutions, upgrades and crosssells.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients while collaborating with technical account manager solution architect and technical support
- Convey customer requirements and use cases to Product Management, Marketing and Engineering teams
- Collaborate and foster strategic relationships with channel partners
- Manage and complete the subscription renewal cycle
- Eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
- Accurately manage and communicate quarterly and full year forecast
Qualifications:
Organized, detail oriented and drives sales execution
- Knowledge in variety of federal compliance and procurement processes
- Must be comfortable interacting at all levels within customer organizations, i.e., from Clevel to frontline technical staff
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to travel throughout sales territory
