    Description

    Overview:

    Review the following: Fixed asset system including reconciling purchases, Transfers and disposals to general ledger monthly, Chart of accounts, Reconciliation of various Balance Sheet accounts to general ledger, Daily cash log A/P disbursements, Month end journal entries, Month end general ledger monthly and yearly closing process, Preparation billings and journal entries for miscellaneous other receivables, Balancing miscellaneous other receivable invoices and payments to general ledger, Miscellaneous receivable bad debt adjustments, CDM-non-revenue and conversion table, Proper documentation for submission of bond draws, Information for month end and year end reports as required, Assist manager in outside audits, Physical inventory count, Budget process and Capital planning.

    Responsibilities:

    LIST THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED BY THIS POSITION

    REVIEW/ASSIST WITH:

    1.

    Fixed asset system including reconciling purchases, transfers and disposals to general ledger monthly.

    2.

    Chart of accounts.

    3.

    Reconciliation various Balance Sheet accounts to general ledger.

    4.

    Daily cash log A/P disbursements.

    5.

    Monthly journal entries .

    6.

    Month end general ledger monthly and yearly closing process.

    7.

    Preparation of billings and journal entries for miscellaneous other receivables.

    8.

    Balancing miscellaneous other receivable invoices and payments to general ledger.

    9.

    Miscellaneous receivable bad debt adjustments.

    10.

    CDM-non-revenue and conversion table.

    11.

    Proper documentation for submission of bond draws.

    12.

    Information for month end and year end reports as required.

    13.

    Outside audits.

    14.

    Physicial inventory count

    15.

    Budget process

    16.

    Capital planning

    17.

    Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    EDUCATION & TRAINING:

    Current MBA Candidate from an acceptable business school

    EXPERIENCE:

    Current MBA Candidate
