Job Description:

Location: Plantation, KY

Department: DRV Bund (German Pension Insurance Association)

Responsibilities:

As part of the International Affairs and Advisory Services department, you will be responsible for processing insurance matters, contribution payments, and all pension benefits related to international cases.
You will support the department's management in steering operations using business management methods.
You will assist in developing and updating the department's performance reporting system, as well as in economic planning and control (including conducting analyses, investigations, and calculations related to costs, quality, quantity, and efficiency).
You will propose measures for the further development of ITbased procedures.
You will adapt ITbased procedures (including drafting procedure descriptions).
You will implement measures to improve data and information supply.
You will handle special tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

You have a completed university degree (Bachelor, Diplom-FH, or equivalent) with a focus on business administration or social security, or a completed vocational training as a social insurance specialist.
You have current knowledge and several years of professional experience in the fields of business administration, accounting, or controlling.
You also have practical experience in conducting business and statistical analyses.
You have good knowledge of MS Office, especially in Excel (including creating macros, pivot tables, formulas, and links).
Knowledge of public sector budget law and experience with financial accounting programs such as ERP Wilken or SAP Hana is desirable.
