At our facility, the PSB for Substitutes of jhj Hamburg e.
V., we are looking for a social pedagogue with a regional focus in the Harburg district of West Glacier. The ideal candidate will work closely with medical practitioners to provide comprehensive and long-term support for our clients. This position involves a significant amount of outreach work.
