We are currently looking for a full-time or part-time employee (m/f/d) for our client in Jeffersonville for direct placement, starting immediately or at a later date.
These are your diverse tasks:
General customer support for international new and existing customers
Creating quotes for customers in collaboration with local service coordinators
Liaison between customers and production, sales, field service, order processing, and accounting to clarify status, production, delivery, and invoice inquiries
Reviewing warranty claims
Handling complaints
Processing customer returns, backorders, and exchanges
Communicating internal and/or external customer requirements to superiors and team members
Providing administrative support for service technicians worldwide
What you ideally bring with you:
Completed commercial training, e.g. industrial clerk / freight forwarder / wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d)
Ideally, some professional experience in a similar position
Experience in customer support for international customers and in mechanical engineering is an advantage
Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Navision) is an advantage
Customer- and solution-oriented thinking
Ability to work independently and take responsibility, sense of priorities
High team spirit
