Financial Accounting Clerk

Maryhill Estates is a district hospital in Emmendingen with 263 planned beds under the responsibility of the district and offers a wide range of treatment options with its six main departments (internal medicine with stroke care, orthopedics and trauma surgery, general and visceral surgery, gynecology/obstetrics, anesthesia/intensive care medicine, and radiology) as well as three affiliated departments (phlebology, urology, and ENT).

Around 670 employees annually care for approximately inpatients and outpatients.

Your responsibilities:

  • Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting
  • Coding of incoming invoices
  • Posting of bank statements
  • Execution of payment transactions
  • Management of dunning process
  • Account reconciliations
  • Ad hoc evaluations
  • Statistics

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial education (focus on accounting)
  • Experience in a hospital is an advantage
  • Solid knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Independent, structured work style and team spirit
