YOUR TASKS
- Support with general administrative and organizational tasks
- Correspondence in German and English
- Creation and revision of documents and presentations
- Management of access permissions and maintenance of time data in the system
- Organization of workshops and meetings, and coordination of travel
- Support in the onboarding and offboarding of employees and external partners
- Participation in procurement processes, accounting, and change management
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management
