    COMPENSATION: A very competitive salary and a full benefits package with 401K

    TO QUALIFY: You must have at least two years in a continuous improvement or LEAN management role in manufacturing. You also must have experience facilitating Kaizen events.

    Value-Stream Mapping, Kaizen, A3 thinking, Managing for Daily Improvement, 5S, Standardized Work, Continuous Flow, Pull Systems, etc. are some of the tools we expect you to bring with you.

    • A newly created Continuous Improvement Manager role as the corporation now takes on a full safety and LEAN transformation of the business to drive excellence.
    • Be part of a significant lift in the organization at the site level and help create the 2024 roadmap.
    • This role is designed to get someone organizational experience and visibility and ultimately to promote to a plant manager.
    • Lead initiatives to improve service, reduce scrap, save labor dollars, make production more efficient, actually set and control culture and performance and pull the people along to get the results you are striving for.
    • The COO has created three of these roles across the country. We are currently seeking someone for the plants in the eastern US.
    • This role will be recognized as a leadership role.
    • COO has designed this seat to be a roughly two year launching pad into either a plant manager role or another type of plant or regional operations leadership role.
    • As well, the Continuous Improvement Managers here have both the support of the C-Suite, and the board as the LEAN and Safety transformation is key to the organizations next levels of growth and success.
