    Description
    Reece USA's Corporate Recruiter will be empowered to deliver engaging solutions matching great people with great career opportunities.


    WHAT YOU WILL DO:
    Serve an assigned business line supporting hiring managers across multiple geographic markets.

    Understand the assigned business, audience & develop personalized solutions providing the desired ROI

    Leverage various platforms, channels, and technology to source a diverse pool of the right people.

    Support initiatives, including attending leadership meetings, presenting regional training, executing campus/military strategies, and building diversity recruiting program

    Provide best-in-class full cycle recruiting service to hiring managers

    Consult with hiring manager on top candidates for assigned requisitions

    Act as primary recruiter for salaried and commission roles (sales and branch management level roles)

    Act as primary contact for hiring managers for roles filled through a shared services model (warehouse, drivers, and hourly roles)

    Instill confidence in candidates that they are engaged with an industry leading employer

    Deal honestly with candidates in a high service process

    Align candidate's professional goals with a job's value proposition

    Deliver an engaging process through timely action and updates

    Consult on and be accountable for achieving goals for time to hire, diversity, and cost per hire


    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
    Experience & Education

    3+ years' experience in full cycle recruiting

    College degree or additional experience providing necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities

    Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

    Applicable federal and multi-state recruiting laws

    Recruiting processes, strategies, & market factors

    Various recruiting and office technologies

    Delivery of consultative recruiting solutions

    Positive communication strategies

    Operating in an empowered role by taking ownership within scope of responsibilities


    WHAT CAN BE DEVELOPED:
    Insight into recruiting for roles in a B2B & B2C organization serving the construction industry

    Comprehension of Workday recruiting module

    Using storytelling and metrics to build buy-in

    Supporting the development of key recruiting strategies

    Following is a list of physical and mental requirements identified as necessary to achieve the essential functions of this role:

    Attendance – Ability to maintain the scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location as specified.
    Physical Capacities – Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion, sitting and standing for extended periods.

    Operation of Office Equipment — Job requires operation of equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment, including Near Vision, Manual Dexterity, and working in proximity to equipment.

    Oral Communication Skills – Speaking, Speech Clarity, and Speech Recognition.
    Written Communication Skills – Writing, Reading and Written Comprehension, and Written Expression.
