    Location: Fort Worth, TX *onsite*

    Responsibilities
    • Identifying qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies
    • Delivering a superb candidate experience that begins with the initial phone call all the way through delivering and closing the offer.
    • Collaborate with hiring the managers to identify future hiring needs.
    • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, and follow up) to facilitate the hire of qualified candidates.
    • Required to consistently hit weekly metric goals of phone screens, interviews, and placements.
    • Sourcing candidates using multiple platforms.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications
    • 6 months of recruiting experience (not required, but highly preferred).
    • Should be proficient in computer applications like Microsoft products, social media tools, and with CRM/ applicant tracking systems.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
