    Overview of the Role:
    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Supply Chain and Logistics Officer to join our team.

    The Supply Chain and Logistics Officer will be responsible for managing the supply chain process from sourcing to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management, export international trade and logistics, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Manage the end-to-end supply chain process including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and delivery.

    Collaborate with suppliers and traders and customers to negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and maintain strong relationships.

    Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate stock levels.

    Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods from suppliers to customers, including negotiating rates and ensuring timely delivery.

    Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize supply chain and logistics operations.

    Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce operational expenses.

    Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Maintain accurate records of all supply chain and logistics activities.

    Follow up with freight forwarders to ensure smooth shipping and meet ETA commitments.


    Qualifications and Skills:
    Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management.

    Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and transportation.

    Excellent communication, Admin and negotiation skills.

    Proficient in using supply chain and logistics software.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

    Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

    International export trading experience in IT HW will be preferred.

    Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
