    Delivery Manager Overview

    UST is searching for a professional, self-motivated individual to fill the role of Delivery Manager.

    The Delivery Manager will schedule all inbound/outbound shipments, provide leadership to our warehouse team and contractors, and strive to maintain exceptional quality standards.

    This employee will oversee back-of-store operations with our client and warehouse operations for a newly starting warehouse.


    The successful candidate will also be responsible for prioritizing tasks to meet expected shipping dates and maintaining a positive working environment.

    Responsibilities

    (include, but are not limited to)

    Completes and manages weekly reporting and deadlines
    Ensures the loading of all trucks is accurate, efficient, and exceeds quality standards
    Keeps customer service and shipping quality a top priority
    Manages a support staff depending on the location
    Manages deliveries for warehouse and back of stores
    Monitors KPI's to ensure a healthy and efficient operation
    Oversees dispatch, claims management, DOT compliance, and invoices/settlements
    Oversees warehouse that manages all trucks in the market
    Recruits and retains drivers and warehouse staff


    Pay:

    Salary:
    $45,000 - $50,000 per year

    Requirements

    Ability to be available on an on-call basis
    Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
    Ability to work some weekend days and holidays
    Clean MVR, criminal record, and drug screen
    Higher education and/or equivalent experience
    Knowledge in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
    Valid Driver's License
