Your potential is waiting; why are you?Genesys is seeking a motivated, highly organized and detailed-oriented "Producer" to join our Marketing organization reporting into the Program Management Office (PMO) and dedicated to supporting our Brand team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling, project management and delivery of creative assets across our design, video and brand teams.
You will work directly with designers, video producers, and writers as well as cross-functionally with other teams such as demand generation, social, content, field marketing and global events.
Responsibilities:
Manage the creative and video team's portfolio including new request review and assignment, kick-off calls, timelines, delivery management and reporting.
Manage schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met, using our project management system.
Supervise the production process, insuring management review, editorial and stakeholder sign-offs are scheduled and on track.
Support Creative Director with special projects, as needed.
Organize final assets in various applications.
Provide feedback to PMO to improve processes and workflows that enhance efficiency and productivity for the brand team.
Align with PMO team to manage tasks that are part of priority programs and assist in prioritizing creative and video requests.
Participate in team calls and meetings.Perform administrative tasks as needed, including budget management.

Ability to learn and respond in a fast-paced environment.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, positive team playerAbility to quickly learn Asana (project management) and Bynder (digital asset management).Patience and ability to gracefully handle competing and last-minute requests.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Sharepoint.Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred, but not mandatoryWest coast time zones preferred #LI-DNP #LI-DNICompensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities. $47, $93,700.
