    Job Title:
    Marketing Specialist|

    Experience Required:

    Four-year degree

    Hogan's marketing efforts fall within the following categories, and the marketing specialist will assist with each:

    Winning New Projects:
    Work with Hogan's project teams to build stellar proposals utilizing Adobe InDesign
    Help our project teams create winning interview presentations in Adobe InDesign

    Collecting & Sharing Project Information:


    Interview Hogan's project teams and architects to collect information about our projects to write compelling case studies, award submissions, project descriptions, etc.

    Schedule final project photography and video shoots
    Assist with project showcase video filming
    Catalogue project information in Salesforce, Hogan's marketing database

    Additional Marketing Collateral:
    Highlight Hogan's great work on social media
    Assist with keeping Hogan's website up-to-date
    Design collateral that helps Hogan stand out, including brochures, posters, stickers, and more.
    Assist with planning special events and attending them
    Other secondary duties to support the marketing team
    Our new Marketing Specialist must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be well organized and detail-oriented. Clear, cohesive, and compelling writing skills and an eye for consistent messaging are required. The position requires the person successfully manage multiple projects with differing timelines. This team member must exhibit maturity, flexibility, enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and grace under pressure.
    Required skills

    Four-year degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, or a similar major
    Two years of marketing experience
    Clear, cohesive, and compelling writing skills
    Strong graphic design abilities
    Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign
    Successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects with differing timelines
    Effectively collaborates, maintains a positive attitude, and performs well in a team environment
    Excellent organizational skills, persistence, and the ability to prioritize
    Preferred skills

    Some A/E/C industry experience
    Understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and delivery methods
    Photography and video creation/editing background is a plus
