What You'll Work On

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

As a member of the HCP Marketing Team, this role requires cross-organization collaboration to execute a variety of marketing tactics that support the sales team and overall impact to business goals.
Collaboration includes working with our HCP marketing team, sales, sales training & ops, CRM & analytics teams.
Own development of sales tools, programs, training materials, and field sales and customer communications, as well as training and pullthrough across channels.
Responsible for developing presentations and communications plans to drive alignment across teams and with leadership.
Responsible for ensuring all materials and tools are approved and implemented through the MLR process.
Assist in evaluation of channel efforts to drive product adoption and positive return on investment.
Manage budget and timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with at least 46 years related experience, with at least one year of experience in marketing or product management, or MBA with 13 years of related experience.
Product marketing experience in medical products or services preferred.
Strong presentation & communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking and analysis of market conditions.
Critical thinking and analysis of market conditions and opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working with agencies on creation of materials preferred
Previous experience in Life Science industries preferred.
Must demonstrate the ability to develop materials and tools in accordance with the compliance and guideline boundaries of the customerfacing team.
Strong project management skills, setting and executing against deadlines and delivering on commitments.
Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to mobilize key stakeholders and engage senior leadership.
Demonstrated success in maintaining productive/collaborative relationships with internal and external business partners.
Excellent negotiation and decisionmaking skills.
Proven track record of operating in a fastpaced, highenergy environment.
Enthusiasm and selfmotivation are essential.

I need some to do the following types of projects:

Manage office merchandising
Development of collateral (including posters, postcards, stickers) and office supplies (sample box holders, sample bags) for HCP customers
Manage collateral updates
Refreshing content based on new brand and product direction in collaboration with senior product managers
Manage tradeshows endtoend manage event logistics, collateral development, field team training, onsite event management logistics, collaboration with the Peertopeer manager etc
Manage market research projects
Manage field sales tool and any updates needed
Routing of materials through our approval system
Soliciting and facilitating field feedback
Supporting field training workshops
