Responsibilities:

Proactively connect and strategically set up new marketplaces
Expand sales channels throughout Europe, with a focus on longterm growth and market penetration
Develop and implement strategies for marketplaces, pricing, and product selection
Optimize market position and product presentation
Increase product attractiveness and visibility based on customer feedback and market trends
Manage and monitor directtoconsumer (D2C) activities
Collaborate with departments to optimize processes
Work with the IT department to ensure system efficiency and smooth operations

Requirements:

Several years of experience in managing online shops and marketplaces
Completed degree in business administration with a focus on ecommerce or equivalent qualification
Indepth understanding of ecommerce dynamics
Solid knowledge of Shopware, Google Analytics, and plentymarkets
Experience in connecting marketplaces and other CRM and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV or SAP)
Involvement in scaling business models
Strategic, independent, and creative approach with the necessary assertiveness
Strong goal orientation and a cando attitude
Previous experience as a team leader is advantageous
Analytical thinking skills
Excellent language skills in German and English
