Are you the right individual to manage our $1 million marketing budget using Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Facebook Ads, and Bing Ads?


PLM is looking for a capable and dynamic Performance Marketing Specialist to be responsible for marketing analytics and reporting, SEO strategy, conversation optimization, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, etc.

In order to be successful in this role, you are extremely attention to detail, tech savvy, analytical, precise, and excellent communication skills.

Previous experience in a relevant role is a must.

Qualification:

  • Degree in marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in related field.
  • Expert in ecommerce marketing and social media platforms.
  • Understand and stay ahead of the latest marketing trends.
  • Great attention to detail with excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Driven, selfmotivated, "whatever it takes" mindset.
  • Honest, punctual, committed to perform.
  • Ability to meet ROAS targets and project deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with datadriven thinking.
  • Understand the difference between ROI and ROAS.
  • Understanding of SEO and CRO is a bonus

Responsibilities:


  • Manage Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads.
  • Good understanding of Bing and YouTube Ads.
  • Deep understanding of Google/Youtube Ad Platform.
  • Deep understanding of Facebook/Instagram Ad Platform.
  • Experience optimizing landing pages, improving website SEO.
  • Understand and execute A/B testing, yielding higher conversion rate.
  • Use of analytics software and marketing automation tools.
  • Works with our video content creator for creative Ad copy that converts.
  • Seek out and collaborate with online influencers.
  • Seek out additional opportunities (lead generation) for Sales Team.
  • Reports to our CEO for the weekly meeting, with reports.
