    Description

    We are excited to bring on a new Associate Project Manager to join our growing team at Clarivate / ProQuest You will be responsible for assisting in design, develop and leading project management strategy and customer communications for key Book Project(s). You will manage and coordinate a cross functional team to successfully execute on key project(s). This role will collaborate closely with associated leaders and personnel to ensure the project maintains momentum and has full transparency to all stakeholders.     About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant work experience
    • 2 years of Project Management or similar experience
    What will you be doing in this role?...
    • Create clear, detailed project plans, including the creation of Gantt charts, to both execute creative projects effectively and monitor their progress
    • Mitigate risks, and dependencies and remove roadblocks to ensure a successful implementation and deployment.
    • Adjust and communicate schedules ensuring all parties remain on point; scheduling meetings to align with project plans
    • Lead project kick-offs involving all relevant parties, driving the agenda and keeping discussion on topic; planning and booking resources in line with project needs; organizing and prioritizing workloads of project teams who may be geographically disparate
    • Manage multiple workstreams with multiple deadlines, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget; identifying, communicating and managing project dependencies and risks.

    Hours of Work
    • Full time, permanent
    • Although duties are typically performed during normal business hours, occasional off-hours may be required
    • Hybrid position in Ann Arbor (2-3 days a week in the office)
