Job Description:

  • Managing machine-specific global customer projects in Garden City
  • Serving as the main point of contact for the end customer and providing support throughout the entire project phase
  • Responsible for coordinating internal processes during the entire project phase
  • Monitoring project progress and documenting in our SAP system
  • Ensuring the achievement of agreed customer goals

Requirements:

  • Completed engineering degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable education
  • Previous experience in project management of complex technical products preferred
  • Customer-oriented personality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Independent, solution-oriented and transparent work style
  • Strong organizational skills combined with clear structure
  • High level of resilience
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel
