- Develop and service Cash Management and Merchant Services clients
- Support sales by developing tools and product demonstrations along with meeting with customers to identify needs
- Facilitate customer training on products and equipment, promptly resolve customer issues, monitor cash management activities, and answer inquiries from bank employees and customers
- Process new applications and risk assessments, obtain quotes and required documents, create comparisons, maintain cash management and systems, document activities, maintain customer files
- Develop training and sales tools for branch staff to assist with sales and schedule joint calls to develop new customers and service existing customers
- Complete benefits package with medical, dental, vision and disability

- BS Degree in business, finance etc.
- Ability to pass background check and credit check
- Understanding of applicable laws and regulations including, BSA, GLBA, TISA, Funds Availability, Reg-E, and ACH rules
