Internal Accounting Clerk / Controller (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for cost controlling and internal accounting for multiple productive units within the KAPP NILES group of companies
  • You will conduct periodic WIP calculations and determine surcharges
  • You will be the central point of contact for internal service allocation
  • You will determine costs for QM orders and handle their invoicing
  • You will manage overhead cost controlling within the cost center accounting framework
  • You will create timely product cost calculations based on sound business figures
  • You will regularly determine hourly rates, especially for machine hours
  • You will monitor inventory from a cost perspective, initiate inventory checks, and handle inventory processing
  • You will provide expertise and collaborate closely with accounting, controlling, sales, and production departments on commercial issues

Requirements:


  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with advanced training, such as a business specialist (m/f/d) or controller (m/f/d)
  • Ideally, you have at least 35 years of professional experience in internal accounting / controlling / cost determination / cost calculation
  • You have proficient knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • You have indepth knowledge of SAP HANA modules FI & CO, as well as good knowledge of modules PS, PP, and MM, or the willingness to acquire this knowledge quickly
  • You have a selfreli
