Management Employee for MD(K) Inquiries (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities
Processing inquiries from cost carriers and MD(K), including reviewing, evaluating, and handling rejected cost coverage declarations from cost carriers and medical service assessments
Preparation and execution of cost carrier case discussions
Active support and consultation of medical departments regarding documentation quality in close coordination with team leaders and the regional management of medical controlling in the Southwest region

Detailed knowledge of the German coding guidelines, current DRG system, current flatrate agreement, and examination regulations
Experience in inpatient billing systems and handling MD and insurance inquiries
Quick comprehension, excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, confident demeanor, and strong assertiveness
Proficiency in MS Office and hospital information systems, preferably SAP
